'Shaping Nations' In partnership with Wales Refugee Council and Parc Lewis Primary School.

A special preview exhibition of 'Shaping Nations' 'Stories In Stitch' Project took place at the 'Pontypridd Great Big Community as Super Power Get Together'! On Saturday 21st June! Our exhibition of 32 wonderful pieces of art celebrating a rich and diverse migration history in Pontypridd went on display at Storyville Book store. This was it's debut before it goes on tour throughout Wales with Wales Refugee Council in January 2026. We are so proud of what our participants have created and a special thanks goes to Parc Lewis Primary school and staff for their support. Along with our Stories in Stitch participants we delivered just 3 sessions with 18 parents from Parc Lewis Primary school with English as their additional language. Workshops explored 'Home', what home means to them and their journeys to Wales. It was a wonderful exploration of different cultures and for many it was their first time coming together to create new friendships and find a place to call home.
